This Shhh DK yarn from James C. Brett is a soft and lightweight blend of acrylic and wool.

This 80% acrylic and 20% wool yarn forms a striped pattern when knitted up, making it perfect for a range of garments and accessories.

Each 100g ball has approximately 550 metres / 601 yarns of yarn – the lightweight nature of this delicate wool gives it around double the length of a standard 100g ball.

Machine washable at 30c, this wool should not be tumble dried or ironed.

This yarn’s stated tension is 22 stitches to 28 rows over 10cm x 10cm (4″ x 4″). Needles of size 4mm (UK 8 – USA 6) can be used.
